A year ago, I purchased a 2018 15" MacBook Pro from a refurbished Apple website. To be clear, the PC itself is running smoothly. However, when I checked my serial number, a number of inconsistencies came up. The CPU and OS models were wrong, and PC itself was dubbed as MacBook pro-Mid 2010! It took them a while to get data right but now I have a question – is it possible to purchase a wrong model and how could one go about the process of reclaiming money or getting a new PC in the UK?
