Windows 10 Error 0xC1800118 while upgrading to newer version

I am trying to upgrade one of our Desktop from Windows 10 version 1709 to Windows 10 version 1909. But the upgrade keeps failing with the error code 0xc1800118. We are using WSUS to push the update to the client PC. This is the first PC that I am trying to upgrade after I have to perform the same action for all of my work desktops.

I think since Windows 10 1709 has reached the end of life in April this year, was this affecting the PC to upgrade to the newer version? I am not sure would the EOL also affects the ability to update to a new build via WSUS?

Why don’t you try to upgrade your desktops through Windows updates? Please check the below image if you set the feature update delay days to something 150 days you desktops are eligible for Windows 10 version 1909 feature update.

After update the feature update deffer days to 150 Windows 10 version 1909 started to download in the PC.
