0x807800C5 error on Windows 10 backup

About 5 months ago, I upgraded my OS from Windows 8 to Win 10 (laptop). So, once I ensured everything ran smoothly, I decided to create a complete backup of my drives since I wish to dabble in programming for a while. This morning, while I was doing the backup, I got the 0x807800C5 error, which is peculiar, given that my backup storage space is about 3TB (more than enough). What might be causing it?

method 1
Open CMD with administrator and type Sfc /scannow if above fails try this sfc /scannow /offbootdir=c:\ /offwindir=c:\windows

then check disk-open CMD with administrator and type CHKDSK /f /r

method 2
Rename backup folder–open control panel and in search type File History and click System Image Backup to find your backup location file. and rename it ro WindowsImageBackup.old
