I was removing some malware files and was left with only one in the end. My antivirus was not able to delete it, and the name of the malware is 11mynevaproject. How can I delete this file? Does somebody have some tips? Thank you.

Which Antivirus are you using? Did you update your antivirus and check it.
Try Malwarebytes it is good Anti virus.
It is good for malware.
