You may try MEmu or Droid4x which will work under 1 GB of RAM but still, you may not get the best performance due to the background application running in the backgrounds.
I wouldn’t recommend you to forcefully run a high-end game in such poor performing desktop.
It’s better to play on Android directly rather than get jinxed with laggyness emphasis.
Nowadays, a mid-decency CPU cost ~$200 with at least 2GB on VGA.
But if you’re insisting, perhaps NOX of 4xdroid?
