AV cannot root out Malware

I got infected by malware and when I run antivirus to clean it, it won’t open. Also, I’m not able to update my windows, and I’m also facing some other problems. All in all, I’m in deep problems. Should I reinstall the windows or is there another way to solve this problem?

I would like to help you, but i just want to know that which antivirus are you using? Meanwhile you update your antivirus and scan your computer. if it won’t allow to start then install other antivirus.
