My Bitdefender program became really slow following the latest scan when it found several .exe files that were documented as “problematic.” Now, I have issues all over the place, with files gone missing, random tabs opening, etc. What can I do to get rid of these viruses, short of completely reformatting my computer?

First install or run your current AV to identify the kind of virus you have. For what you tell it could be a Trojan
