I have a pop-up issue to contend with, so any advice on how to remove it is welcome. Every hour or so, a Bitsadmin window pops up. I ran AV scan and found nothing that would cause it, so it might be an error on its own.
Scan your PC with Malwarebytes or Adwcleaner and remove the unwanted things.

Bitsadmin.exe is a legitimate system executable, it can slip past the firewall, and not raise any alarms since the unsigned malware executable isn’t actually downloading anything I suspect your system might be compromised. Please run the Malwarebytes scan as Aravinth suggested and what version of OS you are using?

You may try cleaning your system of potentially harmful programs or contents for instance Malwarebytes.
If that doesn’t .fix the issue you may consider a clean install OS.
