Blue screen whilst using my PC

Whilst using my PC, it randomly blue screens. I have tried launching Windows 10 in safe mode but this does not help.

Blue screens are generally caused by problems with your computer’s hardware or issues with its hardware driver software.

You shall attach BSOD reports by taking a screenshot from NirSoft’s free BlueScreenView application software to troubleshoot even further.

Blue screen error appears due to many cause’s it could be a hardware or a software related issue. So, please share with us the screen shot of the blue screen or the error message appear at the time of blue screen in the left down corner or QR code text.

I agree also, most likely a hardware issue.
You could try running on minimum configuration by taking out some RAM and non-essential hardware such as a gaming graphics adapter if you have video on the motherboard.

Add \ remove until you find the culprit.
How old is the PC, what is the spec?

You can try clear boot-----open run windows and type msconfig, then go to services and check hide all microsoft services and then click disable all, then go to startup and disable all startup programs and restart PC

It can be happen for various reasons

  1. Hardware or Driver changes
  2. Corrupt system files
  3. Malware/ Virus
  4. Outdated BIOS
  5. Loose Hardware Cables and others

so in order to find the issues, please attach the Blue screen screen shot or error code information here.
