Bluetooth not working in windows 10 after upgrade

My Windows 10 was keep asking to upgrade its version from 1903 to 1909 via windows update. So, yesterday I scheduled to upgrade at midnight and went for sleep. When I log in today morning everything was fine as it was before. As I do always checked device manager for driver update there I found my Bluetooth drive is not working.

The blue tooth function disappeared from my laptop a few months after I bought it and I reckon it was a windows update that caused it to disappear but even after updating it to the newest driver, doing a system restore, etc. it still won’t work

My hardware for sure has blue tooth as it can be seen in the device manager but there was a warning side beside it. It said that there was error code 10 and was suggested to install an updated driver but I have already installed the latest driver.

Please help me

hello @VictorV

Download and update latest windows 10 1909 compatiable driver of bluetooth.
Check bluetooth is on and check that Flight mode is disabled because this turns Bluetooth off.
If still bluetooth is not working it, then follow the troubleshooting steps in given link.
