Recently, I was shooting some pics of myself and family when I noticed lag on my camera app. I possess iPhone 11 Pro Max (iOS 13.1.2). Lag also happens when I am switching between photos, videos, and between different functions. Any ideas why?
try bring it to applecare, they are liable to replace you a new unit since it is a recent released phone.
Camera lags has been parasite since older iPhone generation and no possible solution to DIY Fix.

First download IOS and install it with itunes. if the problem doesn’t fix it may be camera issue and you need to replace camera
