Hi all! I have a user that cannot connect his Outlook with Office 365 user account in one of the PCs. On other computers, it is possible to do so without errors. Now, I went through Outlook profile setup and got a secure certificate error since the domain name is unsecure ngdonalotiling.com (looks suspicious). I ran AV and no viruses came out. What should I do, how do I fix the domain name and make it legit?
- Delete the outlook profile
- Clear DNS cache by performing Ipconfig /flushdns at the command prompt
- Change the DNS servers to Google Public DNS servers
- Try adding the outlook profile again and check if it works.
Hi Rex,
