Cannot delete an app on Desktop PC

I have a Dell Optiplex desktop, wanted to download something from Google Play and saw a phone device connected I do not recognise. Where can I find its location to delete it? Looked in devices, didn’t allow me to look for connected devices. I am operating a Windows 10 OS, bought about a year ago.

How do I determine the hardware devices that are installed in my Dell PC?

Dell Drivers & Downloads website can scan your PC and present a list that can be referenced to help you identify what components were installed in the original configuration or current system configuration.

  1. Browse to Dell Drivers & Downloads website.
  2. Identify your Dell product
  • Click Detect Product to auto-detect your Dell product.
Follow the on-screen instructions to install the Dell SupportAssist app. Refer to the Dell knowledge-base article Dell SupportAssist app (formerly Dell System Detect): Common Questions for more information.
  • Enter the Service Tag, Express Service Code or Serial number for your Dell product and click Submit .
  • Select your Dell product manually by clicking View Products .
  1. Click System Configuration under the product banner.
  2. Click Original configuration or Current configuration tab.

Note: Dell SupportAssist app (formerly Dell System Detect) is required to identify the Service Tag or Express Service Code and identify the list of components. Dell SupportAssist app may be installed automatically in the process.
