Cannot see new leaderboard & achievements Mac OSX

As a Mac user, this came as a bit of a surprise. I wanted to update my Mac OSX app to get a new leaderboard and few more enhancements to it. From the start, I have those but I also wanted additional functions. Following the update, I cannot see new leaderboard & achievements at the Game Center dialog (only old ones are there). I get this error message when I try to unlock an achievement:

[Error] No platform string for specified GKGamePlatform value (0), defaulting to iOS.

Any clues to what went wrong?
