Connection to Microsoft Exchange is unavailable

I tried to set up an Exchange account within the Outlook 2013. However, once I enter Exchange user details, I do not find mail profiles. Moreover, every time I try to open Outlook 2013, I get these messages: “The connection to Microsoft Exchange is unavailable” and “Cannot start Microsoft Outlook.” Can’t I edit Outlook 2013 account details and get it done that way?

I’m not really sure by editing the credentials will work but you can try to delete the default Email profile in the Windows Control Panel

go to Mail, Profiles, Show Profiles, then remove the profile named “Outlook” if it’s there.

create a new profile, Don’t forget to add the Domain using \ or @

domain\username

username@mailbox.com

usually the domain format is the one that usually works,

let me know the result.
