I have a laptop with Windows 10 version 1909 installed. This laptop is connected with my office domain and synchronized with office 365 and azure services. Yesterday I changed the password for my user account by pressing ctrl+alt+del. Password changes went successful but after the password change I am not able to login any of my office 365 application in my desktop.
I contacted my admin he again changed my password but still no luck.
I opened credential manager to clean existing password for office 365 applications. Please check the above image from google, this is the same error I am having while opening credential manager.
I even tried to create a new windows 10 profile but on the name profile also I am facing the same issue. But this error is not appearing if I login another user account in my profile.
