If you want to install windows 10, you can only use NTFS partition. Since Windows Vista, you can only install an operating system to NTFS drives. but the bootable media Eg : Pendrive, should be in a Fat32 or exFAT format because UEFI system cant boot from NTFS.
Whenever you want to install windows 10 make these changes
- Use GPT partition style to create bootable media
- Boot the installation media in UEFI mode in order to install Windows 10
If you are using Legacy mode you can’t exceed your partition size more than 2TB so use UEFI mode to Install windows 10
