DLLs - vital or viruses

I’m planning on deleting some files on my pc, so I want to make sure if it is possible. It’s random dlls’ that I don’t need (I believe) but they keep appearing back. I tried to locate their function but could not, so I am afraid if they are on my PC as a result of a virus. Is there a way to get rid of them and whether they truly are a virus (not something vital):

ImageLoader.dll ; MahApps.Metro.dll ; Newtonsoft.Json.dll ; rtmp-sharp.dll ; StringLib.dll ; System.Windows.Interactivity.dll
