Dual boot on my network - sync not working

I have an issue that plagues my work – I have a dual boot on my network on Win 8.1 and 10 machines. I am using Windows Live Mail account and now, suddenly, every time I open it in one computer, it does not sync on the other. What might be the issue, what is stopping it from syncing together?

I think it seems network problem did you check the network connectivity, did you check the connectivity using ping command,


ping ip address of other system example:

in update history find this update KB3093594 and uninstall it. it may fix your problem

  1. Check your network connectivity in both OS.
  2. perform a fully update for both devices.(Latest versions)

To troubleshoot the issue you need to uninstall and re-install the program using offline installer because it differs from the online version as the whole data is stored within the installer. Some times it will halt by your anti virus firewall, you may check it also
