As a PC beginner, mistakes happen quite naturally to me. Just finished a new rig without issues and thought to myself – you did it right this time! However, when I started transferring some files from an old computer, I got a Troubleshooter message with an option to run it. I clicked it and got this as a message: “We’re sorry but we were unable to fix the problem. Error Code: 080070520.” I have no idea what might be causing it so I am turning to this forum for guidance. Thanks in advance! I might need step-by-step help as I am no computer expert.
Hi @HopkinsSway,
Transferring may have corrupted some files or missed to transfer. I suggest you should run below commands in CMD:
sfc /scannow
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
