Error KB4524147 (Start menu not working)

Hello all,
As of this morning i logged onto my PC to find this error:

“KB4524147” or “Your Start menu isn’t working.”

After doing a full reboot and signing in again, the issue still has not resolved itself. I even formatted my hard drive to see if that was the issue but, once again, this did not help.

Can somebody help me?

you need to uninstall this update. go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > View Update History and next click to uninstall updates select the update you want to delete and uninstall it

Hey,
There is no any official fix for this problem but you may try uninstalling that particular update.
