Exchange 2013 to Office365

Hi All,

I have 200 mailboxes which need to migrated from Exchange 2013 to Office 365. I prefer to do with Cut-Over migration method.

I thing 2000 mailboxes can be migrated through this method, As per Microsoft recommendation only for less than 150 mailboxes.

I would like to know will there be any difficulties in migrating 200 mailboxes from Ex. 2013 to O365 through Cut-Over migration method.
