We have been upgrading Dell OptiPlex Small Form Factor PCs using the MS media creation tool disc, which was built 1809.from windows 7 Pro to Windows 10. Also, we’ve done about a dozen of them successfully but two of the machines were facing an issue using IE 11. On some others, the username\password “box” is black or the graphics are just messed up. And on others, the page works just fine.
For this, we have done a lot of things
Such as
- We’ve tried with the drivers that the upgrade installs.
- We’ve rolled back the drivers.
- We’ve installed the Windows 10 drivers from the Dell site for the specific device.
04.we’ve modified the settings in Internet Options, turning on and off software.
Everything which we have done seems thus it fails. But we think there is a solution which can solve this problem easily and this solution can help to work easily.
