iPad to version 13.2.3 forces double-tapping on everything

I updated my iPad to version 13.2.3, which is now forcing me to “double-tap” everything in order to open apps. Sometimes, I have to do even more than 2 taps to get things going. Is this a purposefully-made “improvement” or is something else going on right now?

I believe that you’re accidentally turn on voiceover mode that designed for visually impaired, to turn it off ;

  1. Go to “Settings”

  2. Select “General,” and then tap the “Accessibility” option.

  3. Touch “VoiceOver,” and then move the slider to the “Off” position.

  4. Exit the Settings menu by pressing the Home button.
