Hello, is there any plugin that deals with REST API, since it’s enabled in all websites, and I want to get rid of it. Maybe modify it with some plugins. Since it’s exposed in all sites, and it really bothers me. Thanks!

yes , wp rest api controller is the plugin you can use for this purpose.
