I recently upgraded my computer from Win 7 Home Premium SP1 to Windows 10. Before, I never had Event Viewer errors, which now happen with the new OS. The one that makes a lot of issues for me is the Critical Event Viewer error ID 41 upon system shut down. Here’s the complete text of the error:

Can someone tell me what is going on and how to get rid of this particular error?
In registry open DeviceMetadataServiceURL
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Device Metadata
and change the URL in the following http://dmd.metaservices.microsoft.com/dms/metadata.svc
then close the editor and restart PC
Concerning the EventID 41, some people seemed to get a solution here:

It looks like a lack of compatibility between W8.1 new fast startup and some hardware.
It’s on by default, here is how to disable it
(-go to: Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Power Options\System Settings
-click “change settings that are currently unavailable”
-uncheck “turn on fast startup”)
