Keeping PC malware-free

I have been trying to keep my PC as clean as possible lately, so I’ve been using Malwarebytes, CCleaner, and similar things regularly. But in the past few days, my PC feels a bit slow, and I’ve already used the things I usually do. Several CSVhost files open up in the task manager, taking away much of the RAM memory and CPU. Does someone have any other recommendations for tidying the PC up and getting rid of malware?

Hello @Spencer

You always update your Anti Virus and run the following tools provided by Microsoft
Step 1 run cleanmgr.exe to remove temp files it helps you to delete unnessery files.
Step 2. Run disk defragment tool to run your PC faster.
