I wish to get Windows 10 ISO from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/soft...d/windows10ISO. Will I find the build Windows 10 November 2019 update v1909 in this link? I encounter problems when selecting “Windows 10 November 2019 Update”, and the only selectable option for me is Windows 10? I’m already familiar with a fact that I can get ISO using the MediaCreationTool.exe, but I want to download the whole ISO and burn it into a BD Disc.

Yes, you can download the windows 10 version 1909 iOS file. When you click the download tool now it will automatically create a media creation tool for 1909 (refer the below image) that’s why do didn’t had the chance to select the windows 10 version as by default its downloading the latest version of windows 10 (1909).
On Official site there is always last version of OS. you can download the ISO with Download Tool and make your bootable media
