Malware on network - what to do?

Somebody has full control over my network since I got infected by bitlocker ransomware, and I’m not able to boot in a safe mode. I’m having difficulties with finding information on it, so I could use some help? What could I do? Can you direct me to some guide or help me?

First of all you remove virus one by one from all computers and then connect all computers with network.

Is your whole network affected or one PC? If you can’t fix a PC, just re-install the OS. That is probably 1 hour max. Restore data and you’re good to go.
