MB blocking one site on "allow list"

I’m new to Malwarebytes. I’ve been receiving spam emails, and my MB is blocking one site that is on my “allow list” for some reason. My download speed seems as if it dropped a bit. I reinstalled Windows, but everything is the same. Please, any suggestions on what to do?

You can please tell me what browsers you are using? Try to reset the browser using the below option I am not sure which one you are using so listed a few browser reset options.

Internet Explorer
How to reset Internet Explorer settings

Microsoft Edge
How to Reset Microsoft Edge in Windows 10

Click on Help / Troubleshooting Information then click on the Refresh Firefox button.

Reset Chrome back to defaults to completely clear out issues with Chrome.

After Restart your computer now and make sure there are no longer any redirects or other browser issues.
