Is there a possibility top migrate Zimbra mailboxes to Office365 as staged migration? I have about 1,000 and more mailboxes that I want moved, so looking for best methods, risks, and other useful information before I begin the transfer.

You can do a IMAP migration using native migration to Office 365 or use a third party tool like BitTitan, Skykick, codetwo etc.,
