Migration of Office 365 tenants

I tried to migrate one of my tenants from one office 365 tenant to another through eDiscovery to an “external hard drive” (I dislike third-party tools). I created all rules and restrictions beforehand, expecting everything to run smoothly. I uploaded the PST using AzCopy using the source as the “external hard drive”. Which it did, until I got this little juggernaut of a message: “ Some PSTs have not been uploaded View log .” So I checked the log and found that all emailboxes have the same message as well: “ The PST could not be found in the storage account .”

I found PST located in both external hard drive and on the location where AzCopy got it in. What am I doing wrong here?!
