Multiple device fails to printer documents, stuck in printer queue

Hi, friends,

Recently, I have this problem with HP Desktop computer and an HP laptop both are connected to Lexmark desktop printers, connected via USB, on computers running Windows 10 version 1909. The problem is that there are 2 print queues the original that was created when the printer was first installed and now a (Copy 1).


The Windows 10 OS seems to be printing to Copy 1, and the printer is expecting jobs in the original queue. Restarting the Print Spooler service has no effect, but deleting the Copy 1 queue does. I have had to delete the second queue a couple of times on one PC, can anyone tell me why it keeps happening and if there is anything I can do to stop it from happening again?
