Hi everybody! I need assistance with this annoying bug. As tittle says, I keep getting flashing loading icon all over the desktop which interferes with everything and anything I do. No matter what type of app that I open, it would get minimised all the same. Happens all the time. Is this a virus, ‘cause my AV did not find anything? This happened after I upgraded from Win 7 to Win 10.

windows 10 has Tablet mode. if you turn of it may fix your problem.
click on Action Center icon in taskbar notification area
and then click on Tablet mode and disable it immediately

Some virus are invisible for the AV, also that depends in what AV you have.
