Need help with iTunes Connect

Hi all! Can I get help with my iTunes Connect? While trying to sign all the latest Apple Developer Program License Agreements, my notarisation requests fail anyway. It is as if I am trying to do so without priorly agreeing with License terms, which I did from the beginning. I just get an error “To use this application, you must first sign in to iTunes Connect”. Can I somehow fix this? I restarted couple of times to no effect.

Check the date and time

Make sure that the date and time on your device are set correctly for your time zone.

On your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch: Open the Settings app. Tap General, then tap Date & Time.
If the date and time are incorrect, update them or turn on the option to set date and time automatically.
