Android issue here. I recently switched to 4g (I know, I am behind times for most of the time) and now I cannot receive calls. The thing is – whenever I switch back to 3g, I can receive calls without issues but if I go back to 4g, it gets messed up. My network support has no idea what’s going on, says it has to do with my phone on itself. What might be causing this?!
Did you check with other locations?

I suspect your phone doesn’t support 4G. If you are not bothered please share your mobile model so that we can confirm does it support 4G or Not.
