Not able to start the windows firewall

I’m probably having a virus since I’m not able to start the windows firewall. Every now, and then I get a notification from Malwarebytes that there is a file called scvhost in my Temp dir. I also get the (ticketdmapi646464.twilight.paradox.com). After trying many things, I’m out of methods. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

First of all you delete temp folder files, Options to delete temp files
option 1. you can run cleanmgr.exe, It is a disk cleanup tool that help you to remove temp files.
Option 2. you can type %temp% in run menu to remove temp files

Now after removing temp files you can check firewall if still there
is problem then tell me and try to share your screenshot error message
