November update does not work on my Pro N version. In dual boot situation I’m running the N version in Dutch language, and also the normal Pro. My usual Pro got updated without any problems, but the N one won’t update, and I don’t want to erase the N one since both applications are installed. Do you know of any solutions?

You need to run Media Feature Pack for Windows 10 N (November 2019) to enable N version in your windows.
