Hey forum comrades! I am having O365 business account registration issues. After purchase, I am getting this error every time I try to activate my account: “the products we found in your account cannot be used to activate office in shared computer scenarios." I also have Project Professional licensed in o365 and in Visio (local key). I did my homework - reset pw, logged off, reinstalled, nothing worked. Little help over here would be very appreciated
Hi, could you verify that installed the right O365? or purchased the correct package?
That error usually means that you don’t have an Office 365 plan that includes Office 365 ProPlus. Therefore, you can’t use shared computer activation.
