I am having lags and occasional system pausing every few seconds when using Disney+. I have a gaming PC so I am sure it is not on my side. Has anyone experienced this problem and fixed it?

a gaming PC isn’t always do its job properly sometimes.
Have you try to clean up cache on the disk?
