Office 365 files and all saves get rejected

Lately, I was trying to save some of the Office 365 files and all saves get rejected. As in, I work on a WORD doc, try to save it and get rejected “cannot be saved.” Why is this happening?

can you save any other files(.not only office files) for example .txt, PDF or something that

The problem can be caused by your template file, make sure to copy the whole document and recreate it and check if that solves the issue.

Make sure you are not exceeding the 400 characters limit. Any file you are trying to save must contain fewer than 400 characters for OneDrive, OneDrive for Business and SharePoint Online. If you exceed that limit, you’ll receive an error message.
