Offline Files issue Windows 10

Hello guys,
Have a nice day to all of you,
We have come across an issue with offline files and are hoping some have experienced the same issue that has a solution.
Everything was working fine until the user ran an ms update last week. Offline files are set up correctly and are syncing fine but when the user goes offline, the files and folders are unavailable. We have tried setting it up from scratch, clearing the cache, etc but it’s still giving us the same issue. We have also checked that when you are on the network, you click easy access - work offline, the files are available and network drives are disconnected but as soon as you of the network, it’s unavailable again.
Please let me inform me that anyone can solve this issue which can help me to do my work easily.
kindly regards to all of you guys.

Hello

If it happened after last update, you can check update history and uninstall last update and check if problem resists .
