Hi, every time I run a scan, I get this as a result: “ONENOTE\16.0\CASHE\00000HAN.BIN”. This folder contains 16 000 bin, and this is the only one that triggers it. Can someone tell me is this a false positive or is something else the issue here?

Most likely is a false positive, but to verify it please ZIP and attach a copy of the file along with your scan log showing the detection from Malwarebytes.
