Few days ago, I opened up my computer and found that Outlook, Office 365, and anything else lost texts and background colour went black. I cannot edit or work on Excel, word, PPT, and other files, and neither can I select any option on it, as shown in the picture below.
What is causing it and what should I do? Reinstall the entire OS?
