Hi all, I need serious help with my PC. After my AV blocked malware, computer went blank after I tried to reboot. I did the start explorer.exe code and everything went back to normal. However, if I do the scan again, PC freezes all over again (on safe mode as well, which got me really worried). What should I do?

you must use one antivirus and it will be better if you try another one(malwarebytes, avast or something else)
just go to memory and erase the scan and uninstall this anti virus 1st

It will help for your problem.
The best solution of freezing windows after scanning is to repair your Windows by putting CD or media device having windows setup, because your AV has deleted some system files which were infected by malware
