My PC keeps crashing, stopping, and restarting randomly for some time now. I noticed a new user was made with an outgoing/incoming network connection allowed. I’ve attempted to resolve this in a lot of different ways, but whenever I restart, the malicious files get re-downloaded from another file, triggered from another, and it’s hard to locate them since files are renamed as legit Windows apps. Any tips on how to fight this?
