PC started to freeze up completely

Hi, I’m using AMD Ryzen 5 2400G with Radeon Vega Graphics, 3600 Mhz and after one week the PC started to freeze up completely. Apparently there’s similar kind of reported error (Reddit - Dive into anything)
But generally, its a hard drive issue, perhaps clean up or update the driver?
