Powershell Log of PC remotely

Hi, I got this excellent script for Microsoft gallery now I am querying remote logins and disconnecting a specified user(s).
However, I keep running into a problem with executing the attempted logoff wherein it fails and says check manually.
Below is the script, open to all suggestions
