Problems with removing Searchmine

I’m having some problems with removing Searchmine. When I check the homepage, it’s showing me Yahoo.com. I tried some methods, but it still won’t change and the Searchmine is still there. AV did not show anything but now, I am afraid that Trojan might be blocking the process. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance.
