Quick Access Completely Fails - Windows 10

Hello Everybody

Hope you all are fine

I’ve got 3 Win 10 computers in my network that have an issue with Quick Access links (the ones in windows explorer). About every 1-2 weeks they will completely fail. (see the screenshot).

The jump list file f01b4d95cf55d32a.automaticDestinations-ms located in %AppData%\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\AutomaticDestinations is one of the culprits. It somehow is getting corrupted completely killing quick access. Deleting the corrupted file allows Windows to rebuild a replacement file but all user changes are lost.

Now it would be fine doing this process if it was a one-time thing but the corruption continues to happen. It takes 1-2 weeks on the 3 problem machines for it to fail again.

I have not been able to identify any software that is scanning or cleaning those folders.

Does anyone have a suggestion for where I might start searching for the source of the problem?

And this can betake me to the right way for which I am searching

Thanks a lot.
